Shipping Methods in the United States of America
We offer the following shipping options for delivery within the USA, including select US Territories and APO Addresses. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
We utilize services from the US Post, UPS and FedEx to offer the following shipping options:

Order Processing Information (*)
Most orders are processed within one to three business days. If you need something urgently, you must take the processing time into consideration when selecting your shipping method.
Orders received on holidays or on weekends will not be processed until the next business day
Orders shipping to addresses other than the confirmed credit card billing address may take an additional 2 to 5 days to complete a security review. Customers should ship to the credit card billing address if urgent shipping is required.
Not all shipping options are available from all warehouses. The shopping cart will display valid shipping choices per warehouse.
About Super Saver Shipping
As well as our great prices on products, you can save big with super-saver shipping.
Super-Saver shipping takes on average around 7 to 15 business days, and is sent with tracking. Not all products qualify for super-saver shipping. Super-saver eligible items include books, bibles, music and movies. Where possible the system will attempt to automatically allocate your order to secure super saver shipping rates. Most Super-Saver Shipments are delivered by the US Postal Service using Media Mail service with Tracking.
Check your shopping cart for specifics. Large items such as exercise equipment, and some special store feature items, may have dedicated shipping and handling over and above the super-saver shipping rates.
Shipping Methods to Canada and Europe
When shipping to Canada and the UK, customers may choose from discounted postal rates, or use UPS or Fedex. Super-Saver shipping is not available to Canadian or European customers. Shipping times are shows as follows:

Note: Special Notice for international customers. If you pick a method of shipping that has no delivery confirmation (Such as the US Postal Service) - then our obligation for delivery stops when the carrier of your choice picks up the product. If you are ordering expensive items, we strongly suggest you use a method of delivery such as UPS or Fedex that requires a signature. All losses in transit for items shipped by the US Postal Service are the responsibility of the customer. You have a choice when you check out - so choose according to your comfort level with the risk.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We aim to provide an easy to follow returns procedure. Please read this information and follow the instructions for a hassle free return. There are some restrictions on returns and it is important that you fully read this information.
Received the Wrong Item?
Don't hassle. We want to make it right with you. If the product shipped is not the product ordered we will get you a replacement shipped.
Simply call our customer service center at 1-301-794-7582 between the hours of 10am and 6pm EST Monday thru Friday. A customer care representative will help you. You will need to let the representative know which item you received and the original order number.
We will automatically ship you a replacement product and a return shipping label for the incorrectly received items at our cost. It's that easy!
General Returns Information
The following are the policies for handling returns.
All other items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Seasonal products such as Christmas Trees, Ornaments etc may not be returned after the date of the appropriate seasonal holiday. For example, Christmas trees can not be returned after December 25th.
Software, Movies, DVDs, CDs and Electronics may only be returned if the item is unopened, all seals and packaging intact. If the item has been opened in any way, the product can not be returned.
Food, beauty, spa and perishable products are non refundable due to health and hygenic reasons. If you changed your mind, consider donating it and ask your accountant if you may qualify for a tax write-off.
All sales of downloadable movies and music products are final and non returnable.
If a problem develops after 30 days of receipt, the manufacturers standard warranty applies.
Customer is responsible for paying the return postage costs. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit. For this reason we strongly recommend that you insure your return. Refunds are only issued once the item has been received at our returns processing centers.
Returns are subject to a restocking fee unless the customer has received an incorrect item. In certain situations higher restocking fees may apply.
Payment of refunds is made by the same method as the original order.
Your Return may take approximately 30 days to process on receipt.
After your refund is issued it may take 2 - 3 business days to show on your credit card account, and in some cases the card issuing institution may take up to two billing cycles. Once we have confirmed the refund you will need to contact your financial institution with further questions on when your account will be credited.
Paypal returns are credited instantly to your account.
Under no circumstances will we accept a return for a product which was not purchased from our organization.
Please follow this return procedure to ensure that you receive prompt service. Failure to comply will result in delays in processing your return claim.
Our returns processing is quick and simple. Only items purchased from our online store may be returned. Our current schedule of Restocking Fees are as follows:
Standard Restocking Fee - 20%
You must request an RMA Number by contacting our returns authorization consumer line. We must receive the return back in our offices or designated warehouse within 30 days of the time you received the item. The RMA Number must be printed on the package, or on the return slip inside the package. Failure to do so will cause an Unauthorized Return Restocking Fee to be assessed.
Unauthorized Return Restocking Fee - 30%
This fee is assessed when a return is received at our offices and the customer has NOT requested a valid RMA number from our returns authorization department or has failed to include that number in the returned package. We must receive the return within 30 days of the customer receiving the item.
Late Return Restocking Fee - 50%
All returns received at our offices more than 30 days after the customer originally received the item.
Contact our returns authorization customer line at the above number and request an RMA Number. This line is open 10am thru 6pm EST Monday thru Friday only. Do not leave a voicemail message - if no one is there to handle your query call back during office hours.
State the reason for the return (Received incorrect item, changed mind etc).
Locate your packing slip and complete the return information request. Write the RMA number clearly on the returned packing slip.
Send your items back insured and with tracking.
Return the products to the CORRECT address. Items sent to the wrong address will be reshipped to the correct address at the customer's expense.
Note: Please allow up to 30 days from the time we receive your return for your account to be credited.
